Check out our picks of acts not to miss:
Kaytranada
Renowned DJ, producer, and artist Kaytranada known for his iconic album “Bubba” and latest release “Lover/Friend” will be in attendance. Deemed a multifaceted artist, Kaytranada is recognized for his ability to sway the crowd with his skill on his mixer whether it be as an opener for Beyonce’s RENAISSANCE tour or the iconic Boiler Room Montreal Set. With a resume as long as a CVS receipt, this DJ knows how to move his audience and is most certainly an artist set you don’t want to miss.
Amaarae
Amaarae, known for her innovative and expressive take on the Afro-pop and R&B genres, is no stranger to the stage. Within the timeframe between her 2017 debut album “Passionfruit Summers” and now, Amaarae has proven herself to be a staple in today’s music industry through her innovative artistry and visuals. The singer-songwriter has a voice that can only be described as “audible honey.”
ChloTheGod
Another sensual performer who envisions the neo-soul genre in her authentic style is ChloTheGod. With strong lyricism and an equally powerful voice, Chlo’s music touches the subjects of self-care, setting boundaries, and pondering that is soothing to the ears and to the heart. Check out her latest single UGOMDN and her album Nearly Straight.
Lil Yachty and The Concrete Family
Formed by Lil Yachty himself, The Concrete Family (also known as Concrete Boys) is a rap collective consisting of artists Camo!, Karrahbooo, Draft Day, and Dc2trill. While each artist has a distinct flow that can easily be recognized, they complement each other’s strengths seamlessly. With “It’s Us Vol. 1”, Concrete Family presents themselves as artists who work together to make their shared vision come to life.
PARTYNEXTDOOR
PARTYNEXTDOOR has become a household name for anybody who dabbles in the R&B genre, with his self-titled trio albums taking the world by storm. PND, although widely recognized and praised, often goes under the radar when he’s not in his element of making music, which makes him an artist not to miss at the festival.
With tickets ranging from $245 to $1,200, two-day passes are available on the Broccoli City website for those wanting to attend.
